Electronic Scrap

Also known as e-scrap or e-waste, electronics scrap includes discarded electrical or electronic devices, such as computers, televisions, cell phones. Many components of e-scrap can easily be re-used, re-purposed or recycled.

Why Buy or Recycle Electronic Scrap?

Bought new, electronics are expensive. However, used electronics can be purchased at much lower cost and still meet the needs of the user. E-scrap items can often be refurbished, reused, resold or salvaged through material recovery and recycling. Additionally, some raw materials, such as copper, silver and gold, can sometimes be collected from electronic devices.
